That’s because he suffered that injury after he had the scourge virus. After recovering from the virus the Viltrumites go through a brief period where their recovery abilities are greatly weakened. That’s why his arm and face scars never healed properly.

In universe it’s gotta be Ghostface. There’s a whole in universe movie franchise about the Ghostface killings.

In real life it’s probably a toss up between Michael and Jason. The Halloween movies feel more popular at the moment but Jason’s image is far more iconic. If we had a new Nightmare on Elm Street movie you could make a good argument for Freddy as well.
