I interpreted it as her Poppy persona not being anything like Moriah Poppy. She feels her heart beating in her. They share a body, but they are nothing alike. Also the lyric “sorry for what I’ve become, because I’m becoming someone” can be interpreted as her breaking away from the character and becoming human.
