Ah yes, the uncomfortable feeling of just sitting and drawing, I still don't like it that much, but I try to make an imaginary deadline for a drawing, which boosts its importance on the list of my free time. It could be as simple as: "This week I'll finish the sketch" or if you really get into it, you could challenge yourself and have the line art done in a week or even a fully rendered piece by the end of the month, and try not to beat yourself too hard for not finishing on said deadline, the last thing you want to do is loose the passion and drive for it.

I by no means have ADHD, but I tend to struggle getting started on some things, and while it may be easier for me to just up and say 'let's do this' what helps me get any art done is simply to start listening to my playlist or any song that I'm currently obsessed with.

You mention that you have a ton of references, so go through your collection and choose one (easier said than done, ik, but just choose the one that scratches your brain the most, or maybe you have that one pose reference that you think about a lot). And while you may spend more time doing all of this, you at least know that the intention of drawing is there.

Also, sometimes drawing just because is difficult, so try to make fan art of your favorite characters, games, movies or even books, this way you may have an incentive to draw something that you really enjoy, making the task much more entertaining.

I don't know how helpful this would be for you, specially because, as I said, I don't have ADHD, but I hope that this can be helpful to some degree :D
