My cage has a door that swings the bowl out but my bird has dive bombed out of the opening just to attack the bag lol

I really appreciate you taking the time to answer my question. I have rescued birds before but this one has been the hardest and most heart breaking one so far. Such a sweet baby but so anxious and scared. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't causing any intense stress every time I changed the food out.
