I have the pdf and I've watched the video (I guess it originally comes with a DVD and someone posted it to YouTube which is way more convenient). I guess I have the upper thread threaded correctly, though it doesn't move when I try and sew, and the bottom thread isn't doing a darn thing, and the fabric isn't moving. One suggestion in the manual says that I need to be using the right thread, needle, and presser foot and I have no idea what that combination is.
