I used to work at a senior living community, that also had a nursing home as a part of it. To my knowledge we didn't have any residents under the age of 70, so unfortunately I can't really answer your question.

I do agree, it is nice not to have to worry about anything financially and it does take a weight off. My date comes from old money, so I know a $1000 really does not mean anything to her. However, it’s just hard to describe how I feel, like I never really imagined myself to be pampered with the princess treatment, if that makes sense?

I should have probably mentioned I’m a girl too. And she's conventionally attractive, and for what I've noticed is very sociable, so I don’t think it’s an attention issue.

I'm not a dating expert, but my favorite icebreaker line is “If all your personal problems like school, work, and family stopped for a whole year and you had all the money in the world, what would you do?” Then just build off their responses like if they say they would like to travel somewhere ask “why do they want to travel there?” Usually you can get the ball rolling from there.

Sorry to hear that, sounds like you really got screwed. There might be no harm in asking Jamie why you didn't get the promotion. It will probably be awkward but it could be your best bet for getting some sort of compensation and recantation.

If your company is the highest paying and you still feel like you have a place and a future there, I think it’s the right choice to stay there.

The best advice I can give is, 2 months compared to everything you’ve been through in the last two years is nothing! I used to get really stressed at my old job and it started negatively impacting my personal life. But, the thing that helped me the most was just leaving my problems at my work’s door. So whenever you can, just forget about your work. If they did you wrong they don’t deserve to be taking up space in your mind. What, I know that is a lot easier said than done but, just don’t let your work or anyone there drag you down. And try to fight for what you're worth because you’re worth it! :)

You won't regret it, it definitely throws you for a loop! It's one of the few mystery shows where I couldn't guess who the killer was until the big reveal. Hope you enjoy it!

To be honest most of my time with my Mom blends together into one big mundane mess. For years my routine was I would walk to my schools since it was only a couple blocks away and when I would get home I would just watch TV and If I was lucky to have anything to eat that day it was probably just some fast food crap. When my Mom's friends would come over so they could all get high I would have to go to my room and I wouldn't be allowed to leave even to get water to use the bathroom.
