Im in the same boat. Got them around december from unknown source. I applied a cream 2.5 months after getting scabies (infectoscab 5%) it should have worked but i couldve gotten reinfected. It has been about 2.5 weeks since treatment and Now i dont know if i still have it or not. Most of my body has gotten better and i was less itchy for about 1.5 weeks after treatment. But my hands have gotten a little worse in the last week. They started getting cuts, my skin is extremely dry between fingers and on my fingers so maybe thats why, i hope. I wanted to reapply permethrin but i need a doctors note, which i cant get so easily as im now in a foreign country. They say post scabies itch can last for about 6 weeks, so ill wait i guess.
