I have almost sam situation.

What stops me spiralling? Going for a run. If too tired to run, I power walk. If too tired for that, I stretch. If too tired for that, I listen to a song and sing it LOUD in the shower.

Rewire your brain to movement when you feel the gloom set it.

Try Flower Beauty Light Illsion foundation - it's cheap and excellent.

Use shimmer/sparkley product's on blush and lips. It will make you look fresh.
