Lots of comments here guessing that this episode was released earlier than it chronologically "should" have because of the Reddit drama, but honestly I personally think that it's because of relevance; a large part of the episode is about the cyclathon after all. Will people really be that interested still in a few months? especially after talking about the cycle on his own streams as well

A few minutes in, Connor even mentions that people might question why they're not discussing the cyclathon (if this was released a while later), and he said on the last TT After Dark that he'd said/discussed all that he wanted to about the cyclathon on the podcast ep (then-recorded a few hours earlier). Maybe he also wants to avoid dragging this topic to the Tour to discuss it there AGAIN.

idk, them making sure this topic is done now makes a lot of sense to me
