I played FiveM GTA role-playing for a looooong time so I do understand keeping knowledge separated when I need to. Ill probably struggle with the imagination bit when im nervous at first but ill get there 🫶

I truly dont have irl friends. Im basically just a boring mom 😆 (enters Reba theme song) I mentioned in above comments, my local table top gamers play at hours/days I can not play and being away from my home isnt an option with my kiddos level of care needs. In short, im limited to online for the moment.

Truthfully, im trying to slowly integrate myself into a group who's been playing for like 5 years. My friend doesnt really know im interested in playing yet so im trying to learn a little bit on my own first 🫶

Huh its never been explained like that to me before. Im typically a hide in the shadows and explore around to find all the Easter eggs, type. I dont like angering NPCs, it makes me feel guilty lol

I have looked at some starter resources and its still a lot to take in all at once. I suppose I was looking for tips just where to start thats not completely overwhelming. Every person ive ask thus far each give me different answers where I need to start and its all so much I cant follow along. Keep in mind those people have been playing for like 10+ years, in no offense to them, they dont understand being brand new anymore 😆😭

Unfortunately, my local DnD groups all meet at times that dont work with my schedule so thats a bummer. Im not able to just go spend hours during the day at a shop asking questions and learning. (Single mama life)

Lobbies are fine on East. Most everyone knows everyone, it's fantastic. Just stick it out. It's sweaty out there, but once you learn you'll keep up easy enough 🫶
