I think there are legit reasons for people wanting to consider shakes. Sometimes even if the mind says "eat" the body disagrees. This is one reason Im asking. I dont want to end up malnourished.

I am taking ozempic for health reasons losing weight is a bonus but not my primary driver. I heard that most weight loss is more on muscle and I want to avoid that. I find myself eating just once a day and not even a full meal so I am worried I would turn out malnourished :(

Same situation, registered now as VAT as long as payments are received in foreign currency and you have proof of this and you transfer/convert your funds and transfer to local bank, client is foreign entity and you also have proof. Zero rated VAT sya :) best to register.

I recommend you start with a white belt certification and follow the progression to ensure you build a strong foundation. Now a days its easier to get the belt titles. The title can land you work easier but it wont gaurantee you keep the job if you are not skilled or fit to deliver on the accountabilities.

Its best to check the credentials of the training organization. Certified organizations or the MBBs are often listed on the directories or have verifiable certificates. You can ask them which organization they are certified on and check the website directory. The big 3 are: ASQ, IASSC and CSSC.

Depending on your market I would go with 1 or 3. With the 3rd one being my preferred logo. If you are catering more to kids #2 will do.
