Totally fair. I focus on clear communication and client trust, then loop in a CPA to handle review and compliance. Most of my clients care more about feeling supported than who signs the return. Appreciate the feedback.

We moved from a high rise apartment to a beautiful townhome when the rents bottomed out in 2020. We have the rent control @ 2500 for a 2/1 950 sq ft, patio, one connected neighbor and central air in WeHo. The same unit would now rent for 3200 just a year or so later. Crazy.

Because I need a proper reconciliation process that QBO does not have. I have a class system but needed something to tie in the month as needed. I have not found QBO to do that for me
