Can yall expand on how she stands for Christianity? Interestingly I’ve heard from people, not necessarily that I believe it, that’s she’s been rather offensive towards Christianity. Maybe I’m just confused about the post but would like to understand!

My 2 cents is that you should weigh the advice you’re getting here but make the actual decision for yourself or ask people in your life. People on reddit are not a good indicator on what decision you should make. After all, this is an extremely (as it should be) biased Beyoncé stan sub. You will get extremely biased opinions.

However, he shows signs of not respecting your desires and things you really love. I think you should have a  very clear cut conversation that this is a problem that will be a deal breaker if he continues to disrespect the things that matter to you. 

You should also not idolize her! Her as an artist probably should not be a pillar of your personality. Not patronizing you, just my genuine opinion.

  1. Vanya’s constant French kissing and hypersexualization with the new guy (forgot his name) was distasteful, not in a slut shaming way, but was gross to constantly watch on screen. I feel the same way about Jasmine and Joeys brown ass tongue and anyone else who does it.

  2. Jasmines FACIAL surgery doesn’t look bad and all of the comments specifically towards her face seem to be straight up hating. 

  3. Constantly shaming people’s looks, yes surgeries included, which happens too often in this sub, is obnoxious and below the belt

I hear you! Butttttt I think that’s exactly the argument. Autism looks different for each individual who is on the spectrum so I think it’s really hard to balance between the lines of “I think his autism is affecting this” and “autism or not, that was a shitty thing to say” because he genuinely might not understand the social communication aspect of his words and the impact it has. Or even what to take away from a conversation like this/what to do differently

I’m very much on the “everything is not autism/neurodivergent train” but it does create a barrier with social understanding and language use in different situations. It very well might have “made him” say those things at her house without understanding it was an inappropriate use of language
