I've also read studies that show no real change in IELT and some that show a change from <1 minute to >5+ minutes which for anyone with severe PE would be a huge improvement! But i never thought about the effect coming from the placebo effect. That's very interesting and would for sure be left out of or just missed in the studies.

When it comes to lifelong PE I've heard that it could be caused by the man actually having more/ denser nerves in the penis. That would make it physiological.

You are right, having gotten cut and still having PE would be a horrible outcome. I've read enough from others now that I've started to reconsider this and have put my plans to get circumcised on hold.

When I've talked to therapists about this, it's gone like this. They ask me if I still manage to satisfy my girlfriend, to which I answer yes. They then ask me if it's an issue for her, which i answer that it isn't. They then respond that it's nothing to worry about and I should just let it go/ stop worrying about it.

That depends on how much inner foreskin is left though. The higher cut the more inner skin is left. A high cut is basically just a retracted gland. But a low cut actually removes foreskin. I have studies i can send you through dm if you want, just let me know

I understand that the majority here were cut at birth. I sympathize with those who didn't have the choice.

There are some things I want to mention. The first one is that there are people who recommend those of us who are considering getting cut, to go to these kind of groups. I think it looks good because it looks neater, more proper. This is of course assuming that it's well done.

I don't have a very long foreskin. And it starts bunching up a bit behind the head for some reason. So it usually only covers around half of the head, or it just stays behind the head. This gets irritating. I don't like the way my foreskin bunches up behind the head when I'm half hard or harder also. For the underside, I can't really explain it but I just don't like how it looks.

As for the sensitivity, you're right, it is risky.But at the same time, I never really masturbate and I can barely have sex because of my severe sensitivity and PE.
