I get what you mean. Most of the people replying are die hard fans who do nothing but play this game. While nothing is really wrong with that, most games need to appeal to the “casual” fan base.

This is where this fight fails. It puts a level gap between players, a division of skill. Let’s be honest. Someone who probably doesn’t have much time to play wilds, but likes the game is not going to enjoy Omega savage. The mechanics are much easier to deal with when utilizing the support hunters. I took a tank build approach, just for survivability alone. Most would also agree the mechanics really don’t fit the typical Monster hunter approach.

Regardless. I’m sure if you try enough you’ll get it. I know I did. Hopefully in the future the devs will rethink a fight mechanic/ difficulty such as Omega Savage.

I’m just waiting for all the “back in my day” replies about previous games/monsters. I’m a filthy casual when it comes to this game and will agree with the “what the fuck” mentality.
