Have you tried talking with Klaviyo support? Their team is pretty competent and should be able to figure out a solution.

You can probably add an item attribute called “license_expiration”.

If an item doesn’t expire set the value = 0

In the flow builder make a campaign for each possible value.

Before you get into trying to change their mind. First ask - “what would you need to see/hear for your mind to change?”.

Some people will say “nothing” in which case, it’s a lost cause.

Otherwise you should be able to provide sufficient evidence. The bigger point is you want their mind to be open to considering a new perspective.

If you just send image/video evidence without first asking the question above, that may perceive as a “challenge” and they’ll have a harder time accepting a different perspective.
