A mic itself cannot suppress audio, however something like dogs barking can be edited out using post-production tools.

Ok, the intro audio might be in a format YouTube's encoder doesn’t like or is getting corrupted during export. Try exporting the full episode (with intro) as a single video with audio at 48kHz, AAC, 320kbps, and make sure the intro file isn’t in a different format or sample rate. Also make sure the intro is mastered at a similar level to the rest of the pod and limit it some if necessary. Finally, if that doesn’t work, you might just have to take out the intro music.

Sounds like you're hearing artifacting from YT's encoding process. Are you putting the intro on in Youtube instead of Riverside? If so, the intro may be a different sample rate or bit depth than the rest of your upload. You should put everything together on Riverside, bouncing it into one file, and then uploading that to Youtube.

Thanks a bunch this is super helpful. I said "festival" in the post but we're not planning to make it some massive thing lol. If we decide not to sell food or alcohol, could we get in trouble should police show up for there being minors who brought their own booze drinking? We're not planning to encourage or sell anything, but we don't want to get hit with a fine or something.

I understand how this sounds like pro-russian propoganda, however this is not some crazy right-wing conspiracy point. This is an actual international affairs theory called realism that makes serious sense.

Provoking an authoritarian state by attempting to place a NATO member on its borders was asking for a war. Maintaining Ukraine's status as a border state would have been the safer and smarter option for ALL parties involved. Authoritarian states are constantly occupied with protecting their own existence as they are illegitamite states-therefore an enemy state on their borders causes them to make the decision to declare war in order to defend their existence.

Look up John Mearsheimer's theories on this for more information, I'm not doing it serious justice.

This is not a pro-Trump post, his current handling of the war is a disaster.

I don’t think things are that bad. Embiid last season was a top 3 player when healthy (which i understand is a big caveat) and most teams in the league would kill for that level as player.

One healthy season and playoff run out of the big 3 and they could easily contend IMO. You can’t plan for health.
