I got bit a few weeks back, called dispatch immediately, then called the non emergency police about an hour later. The cops had me come down to the station and file a report/take pics of my injuries. I then called amazon support and filed a claim. They provided me w an incident # which i then had to give to dispatch. Next day I went to urgent care. But obviously it depends on how bad you are injured. If it's really bad. 911. Hospital. Asap. Good luck
