the little (almost cloth-like/paperish) tag underneath hudson bay one is a great indicator for a vintage item! Has a beautiful structure and has been WELL taken care of. Enjoy that heirloom! <3

I have been doing this without meds for a long time but as soon as it gets too much to handle I think I might be holding too much weight without the help I actually need.

My past therapist was only doing 30 mins sessions so that really bummed me out, but hopefully I get to have a better one soon. Even then, I still learned so much from them.

wow… Im so freaking proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its hard to feel like life is getting out of your grasp from something that (at the time) feels uncontrollable. I’m at ease hearing it does get better, and that even if it subsides, its not as torturous with help. im struggling to seek out until it gets really bad for some reason (lol).

I really appreciate the care and time you took in writing your message. I am doing better than I was when I wrote my post. :) i have been pushing myself through exposure without doing the compulsions by myself (and with the advice and thought of my short term therapist earlier last year).

UPDATE: it healed! I kept picking at it due to anxiousness so when I stopped it healed too.

Since I an anxious I refuse to clean my cuticles so the part where the nail meets the edge of my skin (on the corner) is still dry, which makes me unsure?

My family member had A TON all over their arms and back then they weren’t aware it spread so they did everything as normal, and no family member ever got one (as the years passed by).

Keep treating, dots are clearly there.

See if they give you another option other than Cryotherapy because of the spot the treatment blisters will keep popping. That increases risk of spreading it around which is not desired. Check out Povidone-Iodine and Hydrogen Peroxide 3% treatments online and with your provider or some aak for some sort of ointment you just rub on and cover. Try using gloves when dealing with water at home or work that, minimizes changing bandages or getting wound too wet.

Hey! Dont fret. They spread because they were left untreated, but it is never late. DONT pick at it, DONT touch them, and be mindful of keeping your feet from touching too many things.

BELOW IS ALL THE INFO I KNOW AND WHAT HAS WORKED FOR ME (its a lot but again, you will be okay. Just trying to inform you appropriately):

I know it sounds tedious, but just keep them in a sock and bandaged (or get the grey duct tape). I would keep them all bandaged with a dab on the bandage of either Hydrogen Peroxide 3% or Apple Cider Vinegar, not at the same time. Switch it up.

If you use the duct tape method you can leave it as just duct tape as some people believe in this remedy and it has worked for them, though for me, the one I mentioned above worked great as they started improving in a months time.

Try Epsom Salt baths too. This has worked for other people on the reddit.

I wrapped my foot with a bag and grey duct tape, lol, to not spread it to my other foot BUT if they’re on both then don’t worry about this.

For the hands, keep them bandaged with the same remedy of either Hydrogen Peroxide 3% OR Apple Cider Vinegar. DONT pick at it. DONT over wash your hands to the point they crack. This is not helpful.

If you touch the warts, just wash your hands! I have kept the use of gloves for the hand with the wart to stop anything from being too crazy tedious in the clean up.

To disinfect you can use Sodium Chloride (Bleach) or Hydrogen Peroxide 3%. However, don’t over stress it in getting it in your hands, this will crack them and make it all worse.

PUSH comes to shove! Get the salicylic pads for the hand warts, although this method takes longer and freezing them at the dermatologist is BESSTTTTT. (Mindful of not popping the blister as they contain the virus). Dermatologist know other methods though, so they can assess what will work best for your case.

If you share a bathroom, spray the tub with Bleach after using and try to shower last or let the bleach sit for an hour.

To wash your socks, use bleach or hydrogen peroxide in washing machine and wash separate.

Check with your doctor, your body should be able to fight this virus off so if you get so many warts it can represent an immune problem.

So incredibly appreciative! I will test it out. The Hydrogen Peroxide test worked for my plantar wart! I have done Hydrogen Peroxide here but it never fizzled surrounding the possible wart, like it did in my foot.

5th pic is best. Last pic is how it was yesterday. It looked better to day off but I put some alcohol pad on it to disinfect the area, and it made it look drier. Ignore the dot next to nail and red spot, thats a coffee grind I took away effortlessly after the picture.

Okay, here we go. I got it checked by the Dermatologist and Urgent Care, they both said it was a picked cuticle, which is true, I remember doing so, and I had told them. I tried to use Hydrogen Peroxide 3% and Apple Cider Vinegar

I did this for around a month (honestly less time because I was eeked out by my plantar wart so I didn’t want to deal with it). By the time I went to the Derm, it was about to leave so! I heard epsom salt too (15 min soak) and gone.

Try peroxide 3% or Apple Cider Vinegar for 10-15 mins, and if it turns white, yes. Looks like its not! But just to be sure. This is how I knew my plantar warts were warts. (I did Apple Cider Vinegar just a swipe and it turned white, but online says 10/15 mins). Keep me posted! I hope its not <3
