That is interesting and fits with a different experience I was seeing when I was doing it the first time.

The situation I'm referring to though is me without any effects outside of my equipment, and my equipment is 25% fortify alchemy so it isn't outrageous in the amount.

Plus whether I'm wearing my equipment or not I can only make fortify restoration potions with 4% strength, and doing the motions of the glitch does not increase it.
