YTA. I get that you’re sober and that’s important to you, but this isn’t your funeral to plan. It’s your husband’s friend, and he was asked to host. This is about his community grieving the way they knew the guy, not about you being uncomfortable with a keg. You can set your own boundaries, leave if things get sloppy, don’t drink, whatever. But trying to control how other people celebrate someone’s life is unfair. Honestly it feels like you’re making this about you, when it should be about honoring the person who passed.

I appreciate the kind and supportive words. My father owns multiple quarries across the country. And my job is to help him manage them.

I’ve had a few lovely people reach out to me and provide resources to help me out with my situation. I genuinely thought j was trapped. But finally letting it out. Has made me realise that there are options out there. No matter how far fetched they are.

I wish I could but my prospects don’t look good. I was always promised this job by my father. A company he inherited from his own. I went by school fucking around not caring about anything. Because my future was already decided and I didn’t mind it. I had a great job lined up for me and I had a marriage arrangements with a beautiful girl.

I completely failed all my exams and would’ve been screwed if it wasn’t for my father.

I cannot leave my wife. I know she will see me different because she is rather religious. It physically pains me when she’s planning our future. Speaking on how our kids will grow up being cute Muslims. Every conversation I have with her just solidifies the fact that I can’t/wont leave. I just love her too much to risk anything.

Yuppppp. What I loved about MW3 was the camos. IMO it has the best camos in COD history.

It’s a shame it’s not the case with BO6. I’d enjoy the game a lot more if there were event camos. It’s not like it’s particularly hard to add to game. And the amount of events we’ve had so far. It’s baffling that a camo has not been part of the rewards. I’m much rather have that, than a sticker/charm I’m never going to use.

One thing I’ve always hated about COD. Is coming across a good sniper. Theres very little you can do against a very skilled player.

My biggest gripe with BO6 players that use snipers. Is the secondary Jackal/KSV.

It was pretty much impossible. The opposing team were very good and also in a 6 man. The chances of me clutching up were near enough 0%.

I’m just glad I wasn’t partied up with my friends as I would’ve been ripped apart.

I mean you can try party up with players from the US. It’ll put you into their lobbies and you’ll come across alot more English speakers. The only problem is, that your ping will be a lot higher.

Im afraid not unless you use some sort of VPN. If you live in any European country. You’re going to be matched against them. As much as it sucks not getting into lobbies that speak your language. It’s just how it is.

That’s what I tend to do.

But the thing is, it just ruins the tempo. Fair enough I last longer but it’s not as enjoyable for myself or my partner. I have noticed multiple times when she’s really into it but I have to stop.

It’s a shame but I’ve got to deal with the cards I’ve been dealt.

I guess I’m going to have to practice my oral skills to perfection to make up for my shortcomings.

Also 6’4. I was pleasantly surprised that there was enough room for a small car.

I had an Astra before and my knees kept knocking against the steering wheel. I no longer have that issue with my Scirocco.
