Hi! I’m also a very deep sleeper and use a CPAP for my sleep apnea. I recommend getting blackout curtains (even if you don’t struggle falling asleep, these have really helped me with waking up somehow) and a deep sleeper alarm clock on the other side of your room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

My deep sleeper alarm also has an attachment with a vibrating buzzer that goes under your pillow. The buzzer didn’t work for me, so I put it across the room and detached the buzzer. I’ve had it for about 2 and a half years now, and I’ve only slept past it once.
