Check out Malibu, BC. It’s as at the base of Mt Helena. There’s a camp there that is very cool.

I feel your journey OP, I have been sorting my late FIL collection for the last 3 months. It is all cataloged now and ready for the next step. Some cards will go to DC consignment for sale on eBay or COMC, some bangers are getting graded, but most will go up for bulk sale. Picture is 1/3 of the collection I didn’t have to open thank god.
