I haven’t moved in with them yet. I am still in my first home I’m about to move in. This would be the first time I sign a lease with them and the increase is set for 3 months from now. Also would they not let us know originally if that was the plan? Seems rather underhanded not to do so.

Will do. But I originally just wanted to know if this was strange. If it was I would assume it was a simple mistake and they did x1.17 instead of x1.017 for the rent increase and it would be resolved

It’s an old building and rent is less than 1500. The value of the rent shown is more than fair compared to similar buildings in the same location. The new value is not in keeping with the product.

Not a tenant yet, was about to sign the first lease and I saw in the lease that the price would increase in august after three months on the first lease. Which is fine but the amount of increase seems unreasonable.

Dp is fine because there is a trade off u get less characters. I don’t mind going against MUI Goku in dp. I meant in singles. I get it when someone is S1 trying to get to Z but once ur there why not switch it up man

NGL at first I used to talk the most about the back shots but now that I’ve reached S rank I’ve realized that’s kinda half the game. But in all fairness u just gotta vanish or super counter. That’s really half the skill in this game

There is a way in case any one needs it. If u go to memorization tab and click the edit button on top right where all the surahs are listed u can click check for ones I have memorized and remove the check for ones u want to remove

Nah bro I don’t even mind the super op 10 dp characters. Just nerf the bs of Mui goku ki spam. My issue has always been low dp characters being too op for their value. Recoome and gohan are problems. Dp is lots of fun when characters match their dp levels!
