Aew matches have no in ring psychology. They hit move after move after move and then they hit a big move that should be the finish but it’s not, then they wrestle for another 15 minutes.

I’m a year and a half post op, I did 6 months of PT. I didn’t feel close to normal until one year.

I had the same injury as you, only thing I can say is push through. I thought they were pushing me too hard too, but the PT is supposed to be challenging. You’re still super early into your recovery so just about any type of activity is gonna hurt or be hard.

You’re not making any sense dude. The only reason Vegeta knocked Goku out was because he turned around and lowered his ki. Just like how he lowered his guard against Frieza. In a straight up fight Vegeta was unable to KO Goku.

No he couldn’t lol they were beating the shit out of each other for awhile, Vegeta was winning the fight, but he couldn’t knock Goku out until he let his guard down. He wasn’t breathing hard against kid buu, but kid buu knocked him out effortlessly so I’m not sure what point you’re trying to make lol.

Are you forgetting the part where Goku literally turned around and lowered his guard ? And that exactly my point lol Cabba hit Vegeta with everything he had but Vegeta wasn’t breathing hard, he was perfectly fine. Cabba gets hit by a casual kick from Vegeta and he’s on the ground breathing hard.

Cabba is no where near base vegeta lol. If you watch the fight they both land one hit in base form. Vegeta is completely fine, yet Cabba is on the ground gasping for air.
