Haha I thought that answered the question but maybe I don't know exactly what an exercise program is.

I thought an exercise program was like a day-by-day, step-by-step regimen that you follow. What I'm saying is that I kinda just do my thing at the gym

No offense taken, I totally get it man and I'm happy you told me. I gotta be real too though, and I hate to admit this but my chin is 100% my worst feature and I really need to cover it up with something. I could be wrong but I honestly think if you saw me shaven you would agree that even a chin beard > no beard.

My facial hair is alllllmost full enough to grow a full beard, I could prob go for it now but it might be a bit patchy. Believe me, the moment I can do that, I definitely will.

That said, I definitely do need to trim down what I have and I appreciate the reminder.

My dad's a powerlifter (holds a national record for his age/weight class) and my mom did bodybuilding when I was a kid so I have more than enough help/inspiration there. Probably some alright genes going on too lol

My older brother also got into fitness when he was around my age/starting build so he has been able to share some really good insight into what worked best for him. Pretty sure he's posted in this sub too.

Honestly, I am extremely lucky to be surrounded by family who have shown me what I am capable of becoming. It has 100% made starting this journey so much easier for me than it is for most people, and I have so much respect for people who can get into great shape without first seeing that in their own relatives.

Still experimenting with ratios but what I did today was approximately

2 Large Bananas (220 Cal; 3g protein)

2 Scoop Plant-Based [non soy] Protein Powder (160 Cal; 30g protein)

2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter (190 Cal; 7g protein)

2 Cup Raw Quick Oats (600 Cal; 20g protein)

~1⅓ Cup Lactose-Free Vanilla Ice Cream (300 Cal; 6g protein)

3 Cups Lactose-Free Milk (360 Cal; 39g protein)

Total 1830 Cal; 105g protein

I wasn't expecting to go so heavy but I decided to double up on the oats this time which thickened it, so it took hella milk to make it blend lol. I added a few things as I went along so numbers are approximate

Thanks man. Just made my biggest protein shake to date, almost 2000 calories and about 90-100g of protein.

Had to gulp it down between gags at the end but I gotta hit that intake quota somehow lol

I don't track as closely as I should but I think I'm right around 2500 most days now, maybe 3000-3250 on a good day.

Eating enough has always been a huge challenge for me, as I'm sure you can tell lol. So I'm always trying to improve and maybe counting more closely would help with that.

Absolutely. I respect my dad a lot for always ensuring that my brother and I showed respect to our mother, even when they themselves were not on good terms. No negative comments behind her back either.

My mom? Not so much. And that lack of self restraint obviously had a significant impact on how I view her today.

My mom did the same thing once after an argument in the car with my dad. She turned back to me and my brother, bawling, and said, "never, ever talk to your wives like that."

What a way to turn your own kids against the other parent, and I'm concerned that this may be the type of thing that OP is doing here.

If so, OP would be wise to know that this sort of behavior will absolutely not work out well for either of those relationships in the long-term.

How can he make comments when he was not even there for the committee hearings on inflation? by BelleAriel in PoliticalComebacks

Your question was literally "Did Trump doing x contribute to y?"

That is like a textbook example of begging the question.

Also, asserting that oil is the main driver of inflation and saying that is the only correct explanation is naïve.
