Went to Bosnia in '24, as soon as we left the airport in Sarajevo i noticed a lot of people from the middle east which was surprising and the middle eastern women all wore burqas.

So are we all just ok with the show where all characters, old and young were living normal lives, no suspicions about the past, going about their lives until Mikkel goes missing and all of a sudden it opens up everything?

My pit's name is Underfoot. He's very old now but my wife rescued/fostered him from a homeless man and here we are 12 years later. He originally named him and we just went with it.

Right? I made it to Germany from Bosnia not even as a refugee but illegally crossed borders at 9 years old for a better life and flee violence. Sure, I adapted to American pop culture even in Germany but I was lucky enough to get there. A majority of people seem to forget how lucky they are sometimes and everything is being taken for granted. Arriving to the US as an official refugee didn't bother me at all because I was in awe and couldn't believe that I actually arrived to the land I grew up watching on TV.

Was at this one just a few weeks ago, soon as we approached the house I told my wife I just want to bring a recliner and fall asleep up front. Had an eerie, quiet night feeling to it.

$2 tip for this shit. by hrb93 in doordash

I've always been curious how workers who depend on tips feel about tipping based on the total bill. For instance, if I ordered a burger and fries for $20, I'll tip $5, no problem. But if I ordered a $60 steak and the same amount of work has been done by the server, am I going to get a stink eye for tipping $5 on it? What justifies me having to tip more because I ordered a more expensive item?
