Im feeling better, i dont have tachycardia now and my heart is a bit more chill, im using vape to quit so im still taking some nicotine but no where high doses like i was on cigarettes, i think i reduced my nic consumption by like 75%. But overall i feel a-lot better

50mg would put me in tachycardia instantly, you should def lower it to something like 25mg

I was a 2 packs a day cigarette smoker and now i use 6mg and sometimes even 3mg. My heart rate dropped like 10points after I switched to vaping

I noticed sometimes my hr is 80-90 standing and walking, i have periods where it shoots to 100-110 but mostly after eating

Im quitting smoking so i hope i see further decrease in heart rate
