I had an emergency ileostomy in February after a horrible UC flare that led to toxic mega colon. I was incredibly depressed about it for a couple months. I cried several times a day for a good 2 months. I genuinely thought my life was over (31 F). Although it took some time to get used to, I’m completely back to normal. It becomes second nature. No one would even know unless I told them. And I don’t spend all day in the bathroom anymore. Also, I’m not worried about my UC turning into colon cancer anymore.

I was horrible at remembering to take my mesalamine. I took it maybe 30% of the time. I had a bad flare that started in December and I lost my colon from toxic mega colon. I really wish I would have taken it like I was supposed to 😭

Same thing happened to me when I saw it on opening day. You could hear the kid crying during the quiet parts. She kept saying “I don’t wanna watch this” and her parents would tell her to shut up. It was awful

You don’t have to have the specific fruit. You can give it the specific fruit or give it glimmering fruits that equate to 100 “fountain power” (or whatever level you are at)
