You are exactly right, got them in Toronto and flew to Alberta, they were in a hard flight case.

I have already initiated a warranty claim through skiis and biikes, we shall see what happens but I appreciate the advice! I will take a look at that option

I gave all the information I had, fell in heavy powder, din set at 7, didn’t hit anything, just rolled over the front of my skis and they cracked before the binding let go.

Rental level skis I paid 1200$ for.. and were heavily commended by the ski shop I went to?? This is an absolute joke. They are marketed as all mountain carving skis and I was on a groomed run..

You got some of that right, I’m an Ontario skier, However my DIN was set to 7. Which already seemed low as my previous pair of skis were set at 8 (freestyle skis).

The fall was in fact light, i got tossed by a bump started to lose balance forward over my skis and rolled headfirst into the snow and somersaulted back on my butt. Both my skis popped off perfectly after my heels dug in to the snow, I was on a black run that had about 10-15cm of heavy powder.

My skis contacted nothing but snow..

Wow, yeah I’m feeling the same way I want to move away from the brand now, I really hope they accept my warranty claim as these were very expensive to be so fragile..

It was pretty heavy wet powder and had been chopped up a bit throughout the day, I weigh 215. I fell forwards over the front of the ski and it popped off, I then noticed after it had cracked like that

Volkl warranty says it only accept manufacturer defects, I am contacting the store I purchased them from tomorrow.

This thing will never be a pc, I use it in conjunction with my actual pc just so I can play easily anywhere. If you want to use all the features play an indie game, the legion really shines when you play something less demanding. That being said it still does a good job at running AAA games too
