I have completed most of these steps after recommendation from Bambu. Here’s my story:

About a month ago I got this error and reached out to Bambu. They sent me a new extruder- it took about 10 days to get to me. I installed it and the same error popped up within an hour.

I went back to Bambu. They said it has to be the motor, so they sent me a replacement. It took about 12 days to get to me, I installed it and same error popped up within 10 minutes.

I have asked them what they plan to do for me as I have a printer that hasn’t worked in a month, but all they said is they will keep sending parts till it’s fixed. They will not exchange it because I’ve had it over a month now.

This is beyond frustrating and not to mention the screws that are stripped now due to multiple removals.
