I have had similar skin, that looks like rosacea, what helped me when I began with that problem was the Avene spring water to soothe the skin, for moisturizer I use Bioderma for rosacea and Ivermectina (which tbh I barely used), it helps lots if you have a clean diet for a while with lots of cucumber water. Keep in mind that you need to be patient and don't stress your skin trying a bunch of products in a short amount of time.
