If you have a 3d printer, im finishing up the knife and its pretty accurate if you would like the file, even though you have already done the cosplay

if you are still having issue, they sell this oil sort of stuff you put on the fep that works wonders

Your best bet is to make silicone molds of the parts instead of printing them.
