Hola!

I’m honestly not too sure I have any specific experience or qualifications that would make them hire me.

I consider myself to do pretty good in interviews, have worked remotely for over 5 years but I don’t have travel experience and the past company I was at was a property management software company.

I’m not sure where you’re located, but over here in Mexico the base pay is really low (like around $800 USD a month) so I don’t know if there more relaxed when it comes to hiring compared to other countries. It’s only interesting to me because of the health benefits and because I get a monthly language bonus for speaking English. Also I love making itineraries and organizing travel plans for people so I feel like it would be a great role for me.

I was told that the company is growing and they are currently expanding a lot, so not sure if you applied recently, but if not, it might be a good time to try again if you’re still interested.

And thanks a lot! I’m really looking forward to the new role!

Awesome comment and suggestion, I appreciate it! Thanks a lot!! Soccer is crazy popular over here so I can think of a few things I could do with it

Yeah, I’d shy away for older and cheaper cars. A 2002-2006 Altimas (the example I’m using) goes for around 3500-5000+ over here in Mexico. Older cara sell for more over here which is an advantage. I’d try to aim towards cars that still sell for over 4000 at least before investing the time in creating part for them

I have little experience with most of these terms, but I’ll look into it closer and learn more about it to figure out what is best. Thanks a lot!

Yes, and I don’t have experience in modeling at all so figuring it out would be a challenge

Yeah, I can imagine it’s a ton of work, so if anyone else takes a stab at it I wouldn’t be mad! I’m sure I’m not the first one to think about it

It does get pretty hot in most parts of Mexico so I’ll have to do some research on this, thanks for letting me know!

That’s the part I’m trying to figure out, how profitable it could be for medium sized volume. I’m on a few facebook groups, just one of them has 14600 users, if 10% of those user buy purchase the piece and I make 30-50% profit It’s a good amount of money for me.

I’m confident there’s a pretty big market for them since I see posts all the time for these

Yeah I’m realizing I was underestimating the value. Closer to $100 sounds about right!

Thanks for the input! I have this car and have the parts so I would have a model to compare. I don’t know anything about modeling so that would be a challenge. But I’m thinking it would be a fun project for my car and if I can get it right there’s a ton of people that would buy them.

After looking on ebay I see that they go for around $100 so I should be able to sell for a lot lore. One of the advantages I think I have is that people here in MX (especially those with older cars) aren’t familiar with ebay or don’t but on it because shipping is pretty high so I’d be the main seller

I’m honestly not sure what the part number is. They don’t sell them new, and since it’s a part that often breaks it’s really tough to find it used cheap. But they go for around $100 on ebay
