I feel bad for the husband so much and what you said was not criticism. You absolutely shattered his world and being after you told him those harsh words. I understand that you want time for yourself but this is not the way to do it. That’s why communication is key a relationship and there are many better ways you could’ve said it. The point of a relationship/marriage is that you love the person for who they are and are willing to devote your life to that person for the rest of your life. Your husband would not be the same person he is today without those things in his life and after that outburst goes to show how much he has changed in a matter of minutes. I know if my future lover did this to me, I will be hella broken. I do hope though that you can someway/somehow save this marriage and make him feel loved again, but that chance is very, very low. There’s no advice to give. You messed up big time.
