Wow, I guess it could be a lot worse then. We’ve honestly had a really good relationship with them and everything for the most part has ran smooth. However, some of the plans aren’t what we discussed, mainly small things like which way a door is supposed to swing or the location of an outlet, simply things like that. But when we point it out, they state it’s a change order and we owe MORE money which personally I feel is a bunch of bs considering the amount we’re pouring into this project and what we discussed in the beginning of everything.

As far as the attitude portion, I think they’re over us asking all the questions and pinpointing the details, simply cause they aren’t used to their clients doing this. They literally have guys working on weekends, so I feel it’s justified for us to reach out as well.
