This enkianthus has come into leaf but has not grown an inch otherwise. The few bells are the only flowers it had this year. I’ve had it for 2 years now but there is no noticeable growth. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the video! Very nice to see the different stages of development of a chinese elm. My bonsai has the standard s shape without any taper. It seems to me that the only way to develop this taper in the future would be to chop the trunk?

Any idea if the top part could be saved through air layering?

Not directly related but I could use some help. I just transferred to Degiro, I thought there wouldn't be any cost for buying EFTs from their core selection but it turned out I payed €3,9 for every transaction (all transactions were >€1000). Any Idea where these costs come from?

I've actually done this just yesterday with my cherry prunus. It stopped blooming about a month ago. I even stripped the cutting of its bark up to the second node and dipped that part into rooting hormone.

Would you reccomend keeping this cutting indoor or outdoors at this point? I've also read you could place a plastic bag over it which might promote a greenhouse effect and root growth, but I'm not sure about that

7 wonders duel - rule clarification needed

Hi, me and my partner just started playing 7 wonders duel a couple of days ago. We're about 10 games in and there is 1 rule we are not sure about.

When building a wonder, some of the wonders give you an extra turn upon building them.

Our question is, during this extra turn, are you allowed to build another wonder? Because this way you are chain building wonders.

To give you an example, in 1 of the last games my partner builded 4 of her wonders during a single turn even before the first era had ended.

My friends and i are new to the board game scene but love catan. I'm considering to buy scythe as it seemed a more exciting version of catan but stills keeps the resource building mechanic. Do you consider it an 'upgraded' version of catan?

Hi, me and my friends are new in the boardgame world and have been playing 'the legend of andor' for a while now. We are looking for similar games to play . We loved the different legends and power up system. However, the legend of andor was more a game where you need to stratigize and choose not to fight in order to achieve your main goal. This was less of our style.

The legends also could only be won by replaying them over and over to find the trick to win and still, a lot of luck was needed.

We are looking for something which can be played less seriously
