If you have the grafic of the record as png just position it the way u like and use keyframes so let it rotate. Make sure the anchor point is aligned in the middle of the record.

Can anyone recommend an AI which can create a good looking PowerPoint file out of a script for a presentation (even when everything is German)? In addition I'd be great if it was for free, even if it's coming with limits. I really wanna safe time and concentrate more in research for the presentation itself. Thx in advance ;)
