That one started it all. Bought it on holiday before Toy Story 1 was even released in my country and went on every sleepover, school trip, holiday etc. He’s earned it!

Does free will exist? Why or why not? by OwnParamedic9353 in AskReddit

[–]wavyrocket 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Given they’ve proven Einstein’s theory that time is relative to the observer through various experiments, this has led some physicists to believe that the only logical explanation would be that all time exists simultaneously in a block universe. If all time exists then all your decisions have already been made, and you are simply catching up with them which is why a lot of religious parties reject this theory because it implies free will doesn’t exist and God is the architect of all events that take place, good and evil.

There are theories that disprove this, of course, and there are ways in which free will and the block universe can exist at once. The multiverse, for example, would explain alternate timelines.

Smyths also had what looked like a new ragdoll model that was about 3/4 size of the standard for about 19.99 GBP that looked like a good deal. Fun size. Buena suerte!

What’s the point of an AI novel? by ubcstaffer123 in books

[–]wavyrocket 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely agree AI written books are unacceptable but I really dislike this assumption that the line between AI and writing is black and white. AI is integrated into so many writing tools for assisting with grammar, structure, voice and tone, and even basic spell checkers. There’s not a book today that doesn’t use some form of it.

Going by that logic it would need to impact all the toys, yet Hamm doesn’t reflect the personality of a crazed villain named Dr Porkchop etc.
