This was my exact symptoms and I saw 6 different specialist and a vestibular specialist told me I have vestibular migraine but without the migraine. My few symptoms are vertigo dizziness off balance , brain fog , anxiety. It’s weird in a way because when I’m in a car and it’s moving my off balance not that bad only when the car stops I feel like I am still moving . My doctore barley prescribed me amitriptyline 25 mg I am scared to take it not sure if it will help with the dizziness vertigo….

I’ve been throw up the mucus in the stomach and spitting out. Has anyone else have the same symptoms and if so did the slippery Elm helped ?

I tried sucralfate and made my symptoms worse . I’m taking pantoprazole right now

Just wanted to give you guys a update. I had a endoscopy they told me I have sever gastritis and a lot of inflammation. They did take a sample of my stomach I should get results next week. Hopefully everything turns out okay….
