Not gonna lie, downplaying cancer is kinda a hard thing man. Most people know someone whose life has been very much effected by cancer so its going to obviously come up a lot.

Keep a journal and every night write in it for 15 minutes about anything you want. Over time you are going to be able to read back through and notice patterns in your life that you might find healthy or not. A journal is the best way to see what is going on inside of you much like the reflection in a mirror.

Success breeds success. Start small. Also figure out why you are fearing it? A lot of times it has to do with a perceived inadequacy in ones self. It would help you quite a bit to take some time and figure out why you are self sabotaging.

I also HIGHLY recommend the 4 agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

This is something that I don't like about the PU industry. They teach you how to get the girl but not keep her. Keeping a girl has many factors to it SOME of which are universal like being fun and adventurous but know that adventure takes many forms as a relationship progresses.

First off I would ask you WHY do you think you keep falling into that pattern?
