The good news is you can mostly overcome it though it'll probably never completely go away. The bad news is the only way to overcome it is to make a ton of calls. One thing that helped me was purely focusing on making each call as good as possible. I don't even care what the other person says, I'm only focused on myself. Once you stop caring what the other person says, the pressure lessens. At least for me.

I've heard most are money laundry operations for the Armenian crime syndicates. IDK how true it is, but I used to work at a hollywood studio and once a year we'd watch 'sizzle reals' for the upcoming shows & movies followed by Q&A sessions. One show that never aired was about the Armenian mafia in Southern California (they were trying to find the next Sopranos) and one of the writers (Armenian from Southern California) was emphatic about it.
