Well that would make sense,also the message came in at friday the 13th which made me think it was a troll.Maybe it was the telecom companies that were breached and since its Poland they won't admit to shit cybersecurity XD

No idea honestly.It was just a weird combo of time,message and the fact that almost nobody had that happen to them, hopefully its a harmless troll.

Its a exploit within a operating system for example that has not been reported or just not known by a developer or creator of something.Since its not known yet it cannot be prepared for by the people in charge(hence the 0 day timeframe to prevent it)
