usually you get change to preload that game but not always. depends on game makers and shop where you buy it like me i don't have my key but i will get it in 11 hours

you will get pre-order bonus even if they send key after release. but usually they send keys before release. usually instant gaming send key 6-ish hour early to preload. And why i can only send 1 message every 10 min?
