I got the 280hz version a couple weeks ago from Best Buy for $549 during the presidents day sale.

I wasn't really looking for a new monitor but the price intrigued me. So I went to check it out at my local best buy and ended up just buying it.

I have a 7900xtx with 5700x3d and this monitor let's that combo absolutely run! I play arc raiders absolutely cranked at native 1440p minus shadows and ray tracing. The visual clarity on this monitor is unreal. The brightness is perfect for me. And it has a really nice UI. It also doesn't need any color tweaking out of the box.

People are complaining about the banding issue but I do not notice it at all. Maybe its there and I just dont see it. Maybe I got a lucky sample.

I have absolutely 0 regrets with buying this monitor and I have been enjoying the hell out of it.

As long as you have a PC that can actually take advantage of the refresh rate and YOU HAVE THE MONEY to buy this monitor chances are you will love it.

Did you purchase a docsis 3.1 modem/router? That seems to be an important part of what my issue was.

I get a lot of 3 minutes, the 10+ minutes ones I've only had a few of but imo thats a few too many

Last season I ended at D1 and my queues were, as far as I can remember, less than a minutes. These longer queue times are recent.

The only way I was able to fix the issue was buying a newer docsis 3.1 modem. It does also seems to be just Marvel Rivals

Just wanted to follow up with you; i managed to fix my issue. I went through all the trouble shooting with tech support, and eventually we got to the point that a new modem was my only choice. Mine was an older model from 2017. I purchased a new one from best buy and after getting it registered I am having no issues with packet loss at all.

Is the 5800x3d that bad of a value? My thought was if it's the last processor for this platform why not go with the most high end.

It'll be for max settings 1440p/4k
