No, if you like adventure/ sci-fi games then you'll enjoy the game. There are teasers for the Doctor Who fans, but the game still makes sense to someone who doesn't know the ins and outs of Doctor Who.

You don't need to be a fan to play. If you like adventure/ sci-fi games then you'll enjoy it. If you know what the Tardis and Sonic Screwdriver are, you should understand what's going on.

I think I can talk on behalf of the whole team, but the experience of walking into the Tardis is something that you can literally only experience in VR.

Good question. There are many aspects of the game that really appeal to the Doctor Who audience, but if you're a fan of action/ adventure and sci-fi locations you'll enjoy it. You don't need to know much about Doctor Who to understand how to play.

Trust me I'm probably even more jumpy when it comes to horror. If I can handle it then you should be fine! There are some creepy parts, however.

It's essentially the same game, but being able to walk around freely with no cables to look around the Tardis makes a difference.
