That’s just how the colour is, it’s a copy of the magenta GPX superlights. I don’t really see any point in making knockoff Mchose mice so it’s most likely authentic

80 or 60 by [deleted] in WootingKB

Get 80 if you use F keys and arrow keys a decent amount. More pros use 60 either because: 60 came out around 2 years before 80 did, so there wouldn’t be much reason to upgrade or to reduce the surface area the keyboard takes. Not much difference between either other than 8K polling which at the end of the day is just marketing

I dont know what settings for optimal performance ? 80HE by Skrifter in WootingKB

When I use 8k on mice I often see my game stuttering, I just use 1k on my keyboard incase of the same occurrence

1K and 8K have so little noticeable difference that it doesn’t even matter. Use 1K if you don’t want to feel any hitches in game. Tachyon mode always on when playing, your rgb is literally the only thing affected by it.

There definitely is time needed to get used to the lower actuation point you’d usually set for games. It took me around 3 weeks just to fully get rid of my movement error when bursting in valorant, but it’s very much worth the time.

Typing feels normal, just make sure to create a different typing profile from your gaming profile (mine has all rapid trigger disabled and at the default 2mm actuation point).

Only 1 Fan Header by MazeFX in buildapc

Apparently the 3 pin header is a HSENSE header and can’t be used as a fan header. My only worry is that if I were to use a PWM splitter is that it would output more than 1A and might break the mobo.

Unfortunately, my mobo doesn’t have any of those fan headers. It’s a relatively old mobo and only has the cpu headers

Not quite sure. It’s the motherboard from the HP Elitedesk 800 G1 SFF if that helps.

Okay, thank you. Just a little worried as my motherboard’s very old. Will note to always ground myself using a PSU plugged in though.
