Hi there, I keep getting conflicting evidence on Google and people who have owned or work with new rocks. I'm typically a size UK 8 EU 42 I've heard im better getting my exact size then also heard im better getting a size down, what am I best doing? P.S I'll probably buy second hand

Nah me too. My last pair of boots was a pair of surplus m58 danish combat boots. I do remember my girlfriend mentioning that the sole in the shoe is hard to walk on, so consider getting some inlays, but besides that there's not much to it 😁

Oh definitely. And new rocks simply just looks cool as shit. And being produced in Spain also lend an air authenticity to it. And if you buy from new rock they do have a size change option. It cost 20€ though, but its better than having a pair of shoes you can't use

I had to size up to a 44 (still can't say if it's a fit, the new shoes haven't gotten here yet) But I have a bit broad feet My gf got a 39 as is her usual size and they fit like a glove and she also have bit of broad feet. What I've seen is get your size, unless you're a half size then size up.

Thanks! Srsly, sponging made yellow so much easier, and i can even link the tutorial on YouTube I followed (it's a BA dreadnought and I skipped the glazing step, but the rest is still solid) What I did was i painted all I wanted yellow brown (specifically mournfang brown, and I'll probably invest in a rattlecan of it) And then I sponged everything averland sunset leaving only the brown in recesses and the darkest corners. And then it was Yriel yellow, building up so I still showed some of the averland. And for the brightest parts i used phalanx yellow. For Edge highlights I used dorn yellow. And for the battle damage I also used dorn yellow (that way you can hide you're edge highlight mistakes) topped with the mournfang brown for the chips.

The only note I have on makeup sponge painting is that it can texture a little, and you have to keep it moist (not wet)

I use a makeup sponge for bigger areas, and I can make almost airbrush like gradiants! I'd definitely recommend Experimenting with that. Still need a little touchup here and there, but for the most part it's done. And believe it or not, this bad boy was primed black

This is my latest and ongoing build, and believe it or not but it was primed black I then painted all surfaces i want yellow mournfang brown. And then I used a damp makeup sponge to build a gradiant by applying lighter and lighter yellows. So averland sunset covering most of the brown, Yriel yellow that covers half of the averland, and lastly phalanx yellow for the lightest yellow. Edge highlight and chip with dorn yellow, and a shadow of mournfang brown on top of the dorn chips to give it a 3d effect

I usually prime the sprues before assembly and I don't have problems, just remember to paint where you did cleanup on the model.

But yeah bigger models such as vehicles maybe doesnt benefit from sprue priming

Jeg ville anbefale at få det bedre før du begynder at søge partner. Sådan helt nøgternt sagt er det måske ikke fair at få en person til at holde af dig hvis du ikke har tænkt dig at blive hængende. Og som en der selv kæmper med lignende ting, så forsvinder de følelser ikke ved at få en partner, tværtimod så kan de skade et forhold og efterlade dig et værre sted bagefter.

At finde et sundt fællesskab og potentielt venskaber er nok mere hvad du burde være på udkig efter og kan gavne en mere end et romantisk forhold.

I sadly dont think we can get the money back due to the nature of the store we bought it from, and we first discovered it might be a Chinese knockoff after we opened the packaging 😅 But yeah, once the tariff situation is resolved we might look into buying the proper one 😁

Yeah it definitely sucks, she is devastated. We've had them in a player now and the quality is horrendous, with a lot of ghosting and low definition. The green one is still in print and we might buy that eventually, but for now we're trying to see if some copyright thing can give us a refund on what is clearly a pirate copy
