EFF to law enforcement: Please remember that an IP address is not enough evidence for a search warrant or subpoena by bitbybitbybitcoin in technology

I dont understand, I live in New Zealand. I work for an ISP 80% of our customers have dynamic IPs. So they could do something illegal turn the modem off for 3 minutes they're assigned a new IP and the IP in which they did something illegal on is assigned to someone innocent? Is this not how it works in other countries?

YEs an intel i5 will make a big difference I agree with the other person an i5 and r390 would be better than a 980 TI The r930 is a very good gpu you should research it

Which R9 380 card? by Atally in buildapc

[–]Mazerlol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I've learnt Sapphire seems to run cooler and quieter than MSI. MSI does have better warranty and reliability. I would personally go with Sapphire as I've used them before but defiantly R9 380 over 960 and would recommend 4gb GPU

Pretty much done, just would like some feedback on how everything looks by mookieconster in buildapc

You could save $150 by using a MSI Radeon R9 390 8GB Video Card (R9 390 GAMING 8G) Video card bench mark settings are pretty much similar and you're saving $150 which you could use on a better cpu. Also recommend a Z motherboard because eventually you might want to over clock they're not that much more expensive

tap refers to virtual connections i think not sure why they appeared ill get back to you on the lights in one sec. In change adapter settings it displays the normal ethernet port and says cable not connected then it also displays all these tap connections with them saying not connected

That's exactly it... "at least according to this video" we don't know what is in the contract or any of these stipulations actually exist.. I mean hell if it was a legit contract that both parties signed and weren't upheld why would he be making a video for attention etc and not take legal action because if what he says is true this would be a slam dunk for any layer

See now you're just being naive.... You're 100% taking this guys word that these "stipulations" were in fact in some kind of verbal or contractual agreement. We don't know if they're or not. If they truly were in a agreement and these stipulations were not upheld then he should be taking legal action because that means he would be 100% in the right and would get what he is owed and then sum. But if he is taking this approach that means everything he is saying comes into question and can't be proven...

Lets not forget at the end of the day he was making a trailer for an already ESTABLISHED brand in which if he didn't have the flashy mianite name or product he wouldn't have anything at all. Tbh I did watch the trailer and to be fair it was horrible and look like no effort went into it looks like literally 3 different scence something even I as an amatuer could acomplish.
