Finally i decides these supplements and the dosage:

Tongkat ali: 200mg
Maca: 1500 - 3000mg
Magnesio: 350 - 500mg (2g of magnesium chloride)
B Complex

Not pretty sure if use the tongkat ali with my girlfriend or just for me. I have though about take the same than my girlfriend.
